Yes. Every managed plan includes a one-time setup fee that covers onboarding, integrations, and building your AI systems. Setup is never discounted, but it can be split across your first three invoices. Term discounts apply to your monthly fee only.

Do you only do AI, or can you run our IT too?

Do you host our servers in your own data center?
We design, build, and manage infrastructure on hardware you own — in your server room, your rack, or a colocation facility we source and manage on your behalf. We are not a colocation provider ourselves, which means we pick the facility that actually fits your uptime, compliance, and budget requirements rather than selling you our own space.
Can I switch plans?
